Dot Art & Mandalas

Sometimes I like to try something new and different.  It stops me from getting stale, challenges me to step out of my comfort zone and most importantly it's lots of fun! 

I'm dotty about dots as some of you may have noticed and I came across these delightful Dot Mandalas on the internet.  Dot Mandalas are colourful and cheerful and just the ticket for when I like to have lots of colour around me.  So inspired I had to have a go!!  A bonus is that they look happy and cheerful on the wall too!  I first tried out some of the patterns that are available on the internet from those wonderfully creative people out there.  Once I got the idea I started making my own designs including using the technique with landscapes or anything else that I might fancy getting colourful with.  Even Rocks! It's alway exciting to try out something new and you'll never know where it might takes you!
